Notifications

Reys keeps you informed when new deals arrive in your organization’s inbox.

When you get notified

A notification is created each time a new email arrives and is matched to your organization. This happens as soon as the email lands — before processing is complete — so you know something new is waiting even while the AI pipeline is still running.

The notification bell

The bell icon in the top-right corner of the app shows your notification status. When you have unread notifications, a red dot appears on the bell.

Click the bell to open the notification dropdown, which lists your most recent notifications. Each notification shows:

• A message describing the new deal (typically the sender and subject)
• How long ago it arrived

Unread notifications are highlighted to make them easy to spot.

Acting on notifications

Open the deal — click any notification to go directly to that deal’s detail page. The notification is automatically marked as read when you click it.

Mark all as read — if you have multiple unread notifications, use the Mark all as read button at the top of the dropdown to clear them all at once.

Clear all — use the Clear all button to remove all notifications from the list.

How often it updates

The notification count refreshes automatically every 30 seconds while you’re using the app. It also refreshes whenever you bring the browser tab back into focus, so you’ll always see an up-to-date count when you switch back to Reys.
