Manage your personal profile, investor preferences, and email forwarding addresses.
Profile
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to update your personal information:
- Avatar — upload a profile photo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5MB), or remove your current one
- First name and Last name — update your display name at any time
- Email — your login email address is shown here for reference but cannot be changed
About You
The About You section holds the investment profile you set during onboarding. You can update it at any time:
- Investor type — your primary investor category (Venture Capitalist, Private Equity, Family Office, and others)
- Asset classes — the asset classes you focus on (Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity, and others)
- Primary goals — a brief description of what you’re looking to accomplish with Reys
Email Forwarding
The Email Forwarding section lets you configure your personal forwarding addresses (up to two). These are the email addresses from which Reys will accept forwarded pitch decks into your personal workspace.
Your Reys inbox address is shown here — this is the address you forward emails to.
Changes to your forwarding addresses require confirmation before they take effect.
Organization settings
Settings that affect your whole team — such as the organization name, member management, and organization-level forwarding email addresses — are managed separately under Org Settings in the sidebar. This page is only accessible to organization admins.
